When purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dayflow Scheduler for personal or commercial projects.
Unless otherwise specified:
- One license seat is valid for one developer
- Team licenses require a valid seat for each developer
- Licenses may be used in client and internal projects
- You may build and distribute applications that include Dayflow Scheduler as part of a larger product
This license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute Dayflow Scheduler packages
- Share private package access tokens, source access, or license keys publicly
- Remove or bypass license verification systems
- Claim Dayflow Scheduler as your own product
- Use Dayflow Scheduler to build a substantially competing scheduler component library

3. Source Code Access
Source code access is provided for implementation, debugging, customization, and internal product development under your license.
Source access does not grant permission to publish, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Dayflow Scheduler source code as a standalone product or package.
4. Updates & Support
Lifetime licenses include one year of updates and support from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Released versions remain available under the license terms. Future features, integrations, or major versions are not guaranteed.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers or approved direct payment workflows.
Due to the nature of digital products and source/package access, refunds are generally not provided after license delivery. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Warranty
Dayflow Scheduler is provided "as is".
While we aim to provide stable and reliable software, we cannot guarantee that the product will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dayflow Scheduler is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from:
- Misuse of the product
- Unsupported modifications
- Third-party services or dependencies
